This an exhaust manifold kit for mounting stock manifolds to the heads on your Newer Gen EFI Ford 4.6L & 5.4L engines. The 16 Metric studs and 16 flange nuts are 304 stainless steel. They are for the Newer engines that use all 8mm bolts in the heads.
