Dress up your 1987 & Older Carbed Ford 429 & 460 engine with our stainless steel hex bolt kit!! This kit has a natural stainless finish. It is NOT our polished kit. The bolts in this kit are made from 304 stainless steel.
This is a high quality stainless steel hex bolt kit. The kit includes individually packaged and labeled component kits for the following:
Intake Manifold- Timing Cover- Water Pump- Oil Pan- Thermostat Housing- Distributor- Coil Bracket- Fuel Pump- Valve Covers- Headers-Crank Pulley – Fan Pulley – Carb Stud Kit
The carb stud kit fits Carter, Edelbrock, or Holley Carbs. The studs have an internal hex used to install them in your intake manifold. If you are using a Quadrajet carb, just let us know and we will include a mounting bolt kit for you!
Header Bolts (3/8-16 x 1 Allen Bolts) And Our Special Small OD Header Washers Are Included With Each Kit! These extra thick washers are designed to Clear Large Tube Headers.

Very impressed with the shipment, how well each bolt sub-kit is labeled and organized and it seems pretty complete. I did a stupid thing in hind sight and ordered the plain stainless version (non-polished) then decided to spice things up a little and desired the shiny version. If you’re on the fence, just buy the polished kit. There is nothing like sanding and polishing the heads of so many bolts to get a show car shine and knowing I could have just bought them polished.. Time =money, in this case just spend the extra few bucks and go shiny 🙂
