Here is a great way to dress up your 2001-2020 BONNEVILLE 800 & 865, 2004-15 THRUXTON 865 900 or 2002-20 T100 and get rid of those rusted, oxidized bolts with this beautiful polished 100% stainless steel 80 Piece Allen bolt kit for the Triumph engine. A similar kit from a polish shop will cost you over $250.

This kit will fit the following Triumph Engines:
2001-2006 Bonneville 800 Carbed Series
2007-2020 Bonneville 865 Carbed Series
2008-2020 Bonneville 865 EFI Series2008-2020 Scrambler 900 EFI Series2002-2005 T100 Carbed Series

2004-2007 Thruxton 900 Carbed Series
2008-2015 Thruxton EFI 900 Series   YOU HAVE TO LET US KNOW AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT IF YOU HAVE THE 2008-2014 BONNEVILLE EFI WITH SHORTER 20MM SCREWS ON YOUR CLUTCH COVER.  IF WE DON’T HEAR ANYTHING FROM YOU, WE WILL SEND THE LONGER CLUTCH COVER BOLTS USED BY ALL THE OTHER MODELS EXCEPT THE BONNELVILLE EFI. Installing this kit is very simple. Just remove one bolt at a time and replace it with the correct bolt and washer from the kit and tighten. All component kits are separated and clearly marked as to where they go.

We use Allen bolts with our custom made washers for proper coverage to replace the old stock panhead screws.

These fasteners have been through our polishing process and the finish is much brighter than a standard stainless steel bolt. These bolts are great looking and will not rust.
