YAMAHA 1968-1973 DT1 DT2 DT3 Polished Stainless Steel Engine Bolt Kit Set

Here is a great way to dress up your 1968-73 YAMAHA DT1, DT2 & DT3 250cc Bike and get rid of those rusted, oxidized bolts with this beautiful polished 100% stainless steel 50 Piece Allen bolt kit for the Yamaha engine.

It fits the following models: 1968- DT1, 1969- DT1B DT1S, 1970- DT1C DT1CMX, 1971- DT1E DT1MX, 1972 DT2, 1973 DT3

A similar kit from a polish shop will cost you over $200.  These bolts are great looking and will not rust.

Installing this kit is very simple. Just remove one bolt at a time and replace it with the correct bolt and washer from the kit and tighten. All component kits are separated and clearly marked as to where they go.

This kit consists of the following individually packaged and labeled component kits:

Oil Pump Cover, Clutch Cover, Generator Cover, Sprocket Cover, Clutch Actuator Cover, Intake, Exhaust Clamp Bolts, Kick Start Pinch and Shifter Pinch.

We have a separate kit available for the Crankcase Halves in the store.

We use Allen bolts with our custom made washers for proper coverage to replace the old stock panhead screws.

These fasteners have been through our polishing process and the finish is much brighter than a standard stainless steel bolt.
