These Hex Bolts Are For The Entire Engine From The Top of the Engine to the Oil Pan. The kit photo does not show all of the components that are included in this kit. This kit consists of Hex head bolts for the following:

Center bolt valve covers, Timing cover, Thermostat Housing, Coil Bracket, Idler Pulley Bracket, Alternator Bracket, Wiring Harness Bracket, Oil Filter Housing, Fuel Rails, Throttle Body, Oil Pan, Intake, Water Pump, Map Sensor, Exhaust Manifolds, Exhaust Risers (Will be Allen), Crank Pulley, Fan Pulley.
